    I purchased office professional plus 2019 through CAT benfits for at home use.

    It seemed to download reset my computer several times but cannot not find it now.

    I have the key, but the link will not let me try downloading a 2nd time?

    I am running Windows 10 what now???

    Hi Greg,

    Just to say thanks, I managed to get the installation started from the link you posted. 

    After entering the product  key it automatically determines what product it is and it works.
