    How and from where did you purchase it? Usually you should receive a confirmation email with instructions how to download it.

    I received it through an e-mail. Order Numb<removed> I was unable to load it on my home computer (Widows 7). I then tried to load in on my laptop (Windows 10) and is advised that the key has already been used. Can you help me?

    Just google micrososft and sign in, if you alrready have an account, if not create one. 

    You will then see Add a Product - add your product key.

    Have to delete office 365 first before setting up Office plus, plus will need key to download Office Plus from Microsoft
