2019-07-24T10:14:03+00:00 uninstall 365, restart your pc after that, 2019 should run without a problem. 2 Apps installed might caused this issue.

2019-07-16T16:49:53+00:00 I purchased it with this computer from Dell. A setup assistant helped me get it installed but now the only sign that it is here is Publisher which works fine. Other apps jump to Office 365.
