Good morning all,

For the last two months i've had a $25.19 charge on my CC and I cannot find anything that this relates too and cannot recall placing anything onto this card from MS.

Does anyone have similar issues and how can I find out what this exactly is without having to cancel the payment through the bank??

Thank you

MSBILL.INFO is legit, but it's a confusing domain to use for their billing. If you agree, give this reply a thumbs up.

I was able to click on the billing details in my portal which included a link to see original subscription order made a year ago.

You will be sent first to the Virtual Agent. You may have to tell the Virtual Agent several times that you want to speak to an agent.

Listen, for some reason MSbill is NOT legit. I have 3 charges occur all in the same day an hour apart each. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the purchases in my order history especially since I didnt make ANY purchases. Trying to find anything out has been a brick wall! No live support for any human to look into. Look at your order history.....yeah THESE CHARGES ARE NOT THERE!!!!!!!! So what are they? Why do I have them? Where do I contact someone to investigate this fraud? I want and need answers! I want and need my money back!!!! Absolutely fraud is what has happened and it must be investigated!

I was playing Klondike Classic Solitaire and got adds constantly so I decided to pay $14.45 so MSN will remove the adds....WOW! I paid and the adds are still there!

For hours and even days, I am trying to find a phone number so I get somebody to talk about this but no chances, no phone numbers available and worst...The chatting computer/agent is always terminated by no access to it! I called the bank and will fill a dispute as this is fraudulent.

All added so MSN is doing good money without doing anything!

    Thanks!

This is a billon dollar company that takes advantage of us people... They charge to your card on items and when you go to cancel what ever it is for... it states there's nothing to cancel, but yet they keep on charging your card. I finally had to cancel my card for this reason. And when I try to send them emails I get the run around with the same message as I did with canceling what ever it is they think I bought or didn't according to them!
