Good morning all,

For the last two months i've had a $25.19 charge on my CC and I cannot find anything that this relates too and cannot recall placing anything onto this card from MS.

Does anyone have similar issues and how can I find out what this exactly is without having to cancel the payment through the bank??

Thank you

MSBILL.INFO is legit, but it's a confusing domain to use for their billing. If you agree, give this reply a thumbs up.

I was able to click on the billing details in my portal which included a link to see original subscription order made a year ago.

It is now 11/25/20 and as of January 2020 I have been double billed by Microsoft. One of them is from Microsoft*Store and says msbill.info on my bank account. I have tried several times to talk with Microsoft about this--both regular microsoft support and MIcrosoft+Store support. Both say my account shows only one charge per month. My bank sees 2 charges but refuses to help because they say it was my fault. I signed up twice, inadverantly, using two different email accounts. Last May I cancelled one of the subscriptions, but the withdrawals from my account have contiued. I changed to a new bank account, and somehow, both deductions are continuing anyways, even though I only subscribed under one email address this time. The support people only know what they are taught to say and cannot think outside of the box. I just asked for an escalation. This is a nightmare with no way out! But I will not accept that. Microsoft owes me $90.58. I keep wondering if its just a computer glitch. Unsubscribing does not stop the billing. Or is it some smart computer wizard within Microsoft has figured a way to continuing billing people after subscritptions have been terminated...and its going right into his pocket. In any case...Microsoft is supposed to be brilliant at computers...you'd think that they could figure this out...after almost 4000 complaints in this forum alone.Maybe we need a class action suit. Four thousand times $10.54/month is $42,160/month into his pocket! And some folks have been hit for more than that. And there are many more folks getting scammed that we don't know about. I bet he's pulling down at least $100,000 a month. He needs to be stopped. We all need to contact the federal agency in charge of this sort of thing. Lets all fill out a complaint at    https://www.gao.gov/about/what-gao-does/fraudnet/

It's unfortunate that this is required, but you have apparently not cancelled the credit card that's being charged.

Same thing for me at $16.19 -- can't effect any change with MS slippery, slimy contact pages. Am having my bank, Navy Federal take legal action.
