Hi it’s Catherine Shorten emailing you about the the advertising msbill’s that you charged me on my visa bill. There was five different bills charges and five different amounts. The dates and amounts are as of July 30/2l-Aug 02/21 $69.61, Aug 04/21-Aug 05/21 $50.55, Aug 09/21-Aug 10/21 $11.29, Aug 09/21-Aug 10/21 $51.31, Aug 10/21- Aug 11/21 $51.50, Aug13/21-Aug 16/21 $100.04 the amounts told $334.30 all together. I don’t know why I was charged these amounts in the first place.I also don’t know what they would be for because I looked up my Microsoft account and it said my balance was zero and that I had nothing in my cart. I would like a refund for these charges as soon as possible to be put on my visa. I also did not receive anything in the mail for those amounts. Another thing I tried to call you to get to talk to some one about this problem but the message on the machine said you could not leave a message. If you need to call me you can at <removed> if you don’t get me leave me a phone number and a short message and l will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank You Catherine

Those are odd amounts to be charged. Could someone else be charging things to your card?
