Good morning all,

For the last two months i've had a $25.19 charge on my CC and I cannot find anything that this relates too and cannot recall placing anything onto this card from MS.

Does anyone have similar issues and how can I find out what this exactly is without having to cancel the payment through the bank??

Thank you

MSBILL.INFO is legit, but it's a confusing domain to use for their billing. If you agree, give this reply a thumbs up.

I was able to click on the billing details in my portal which included a link to see original subscription order made a year ago.

Goin through similar issue. My son was given a gift card ut a "back-up" CC was needed so I allowed him to use mine. Once his gift card was used up MS started billing my CC up the wahzoo. I contacted my bank and ended that mess. My son can ONLY play VG on weekends the day they billed have been WEEK DAYS and he says he didnt purchase anything without my permission. I believe him. Now that he has another gift catd MS aren't allowing him to use it until I pay up those charges they CONTINUED to charge my CC. Now that we are IN HOLD until I pay I'M PISSED OFF. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE #  YOU PROVIDED. RIGHT AWAY. MS is doing too much by blocking him while THEY have MY MONEY. Thanks for the contact because the # I have ARE NOT WORKING.

The "Terms and Conditions" of various items that I agreed to for various items from various companies are so long and complicated that I just click "I Agree" because, well, I don't have all day trying to figure out what it's saying. We need to force companies to be upfront and let people know EXACTLY what they're signing up for. Microsoft Xbox KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT THEY'RE DOING when they ask for your credit card, knowing that kids will order or agree to to payments whether or now they understand it. Kids who are busy playing games will not stop to read fine prints if they can get something online, especially when they don't like interruptions. Who does? Always be careful when you hand over your credit card information because you need to know if there will be further charges for merchandise/services in the future. A lot of people find out the hard way when they get the credit card bill and find out they're paying for Xbox items. It can get very expensive.

I was concerned when I received a credit card bill titled MICROSOFT *OFFICE 365 MSBILL INFO ON for $89.27 (Canada). I logged onto my Microsoft account (which I rarely do) and realized what it was for and decided to keep it since I use Microsoft Office occasionally and it's handy to have. I had used it on the school's computers and now depend on it. I didn't realize I signed up for automatic renewal??? These contracts are so damned long and complicated and not in plain English, and who reads the whole thing anyway??? It's useful so I'll keep the subscription.

I live in Canada. I was concerned when I got a credit card bill from Microsoft under MICROSOFT *OFFICE 365 MSBILL INFO ON for $89.27. I logged into my Microsoft account and realized what it was for, but don't remember signing up for them to charge me automatically every year. I'm going to keep it because I do use it occasionally and it's handy.
