Good morning all,

For the last two months i've had a $25.19 charge on my CC and I cannot find anything that this relates too and cannot recall placing anything onto this card from MS.

Does anyone have similar issues and how can I find out what this exactly is without having to cancel the payment through the bank??

Thank you

MSBILL.INFO is legit, but it's a confusing domain to use for their billing. If you agree, give this reply a thumbs up.

I was able to click on the billing details in my portal which included a link to see original subscription order made a year ago.

I got my credit card bill today and had a $99.00 charge for Microsoft Assure Software, MSBILL.INFO.  I called Microsoft customer service.  They asked for my email and couldn't find such a charge to my credit card.  They wanted my credit card number but I didn't give it to them.  They wanted to use it to look the card and transaction up.  They should have been able to by using my email address.  They didn't have my email address until I gave it to them to send a verification code to discuss my situation with them.  They gave me a reference # and told me to call my credit card company, which I did.  My credit card company is counting it as a fraud case and sending me a new card.  I was scammed last year by a company for software protection but had my card changed then.  This is scary!!!  I don't know how they got my new #!!!
