Onenote for Kindle: Error 80004005

I am having difficulties signing onto my personal (not for business) OneNote account with the app on my Kindle Fire HD 8 tablet. Of the countless times that I have attempted to, I received the notification:

"There's a problem

We can't complete this task. Try again.

Error code: 80004005"

I have checked that my connection was stable, and was even able to sign into OneNote through the browser, but was still unable to sign in through the app. Please reply back with solutions to this problem as soon as you are able to.

    I just reread this message.  What do you mean by "already fixed"?  As in when?  Before these complaints, or since?  When was it distributed, what version of the product?

    Judging by all the responses on this thread, it hasn't been fixed yet, so please look into this further.

    I just verified I'm still getting the same error and there is no update available.

    I am having the same issue, though I also cannot sign into onedrive. I recently got this kindle as a gift and can't access my notes, photos, videos, documents, or music. It's really rather frustrating...

    I am having the same issue, though I also cannot log in to onedrive. Is there any word on an eta for a fix for these issues? I just got this kindle as a gift and can't access any of my notes, photos, videos, music, or documents. It's really rather frustrating...
