Mail Flow - External Message Warning HELP

Hello!

I'm trying to setup a mail flow rule for external email messages from non-organization addresses. I have it setup great, however I have it coded so that it displays the yellow background, red boarder etc and it displays perfect in a sample code viewer. However, when I add it to my rule and then send a test message to my email from outside the org, it doesn't display any of these colors. HELP?? I have included my code below. I'm using 0365

Hi BH33,

Thanks for provide the details in your post. About your question, please kindly check following steps to see if it can help you fix this issue:

In Exchange Admin Center, go to mail flow > rules and then click "+" to create a new rule.
Then set the new rule like below picture:

Note: in step 4, please enter following code:

I have tested above rule on my side and I can successfully show the warning message(see below picture), if you have any problems when doing so, please feel free to post back and provide us a screenshoot of the detailed information about the rule you created for analysis.

You can add a category to the message instead of changing its subject line or prepending the body text.

Try this rule:

I like this idea, but it doesn't seem to display the disclaimer anywhere in Outlook on desktop or mobile. Where does it show up?

I went in to my Exchange mail flow > rules, and clicked the plus. I don't have the following options. Is there something I have to have, as far as licensing or such, to have this feature?

I found I had to scroll down, and select more options, then I had the options you listed above.

I am getting no background colour or border. Just the text.

Hi William and Tom,

Have y'all tried sending yourself something more elaborate than "hello"? I noticed this issue this morning, and in troubleshooting it seems that if I just send simple text, it gets formatted as such and I only get the unformatted warning text. But if I do something like a bolded "hello", it gets sent as HTML and the receiving client formats the warnings correctly.
