OneDrive search not working

The search function in the top left doesn't return any results. It used to return results if the given search term appeared in either a file name or the body of a file.

    Yes, you will probably have to resort to the renaming trick until the button arrives.

    I find this really frustrating, l have 12k of pdfs and l cannot search them properly. One Drive not fit for purpose. In fact, its useless for my needs. For any other product you buy you have the ability to complian directly with the supplier, but where MS l have no recourse, other than to rely on other helpful users. This is not satisfactory. Thanks to all who responded to this post though.

    Microsoft, if you are monitoring these posts please act now and sort this issue, with a reindex capability for personal users or globally reindex more frequently. I say again the service you are providingis not fit for purpose.

    I am also having the same issue. Search via the OneDrive web interface has just stopped working.

    Hello, i did the workaround, create a new folder at the top you can name ALL or whatever and put all’the folder in it and then search is working again…i think it forces the re indexation. Bye

    Hi, l tried this already, and it hasn't re-indexed, but l will rename the folder again so so this does the trick. Thanks David
