OneDrive search not working

The search function in the top left doesn't return any results. It used to return results if the given search term appeared in either a file name or the body of a file.

    Today (June 26, 2020) the OneDrive search is no longer working!  Yesterday it worked well.

    Some good news:

    • I've contacted Microsoft OneDrive Support, and they've told me that engineers are now working to fix 'Search' using Windows
    • And now, the search function is working on Apple!!!

    What do you mean by Apple and Windows? The search doesn't work in browser. There is no "search for Windows" and "search for apple"

    Search bar on OneDrive web not working at all on Chrome or Safari.  Running MacOS Catalina 10.15.5.
