OneDrive search not working

The search function in the top left doesn't return any results. It used to return results if the given search term appeared in either a file name or the body of a file.

    The problem is there for years. Even when using OneDrive for business. I gave up waiting for the fix. Pity, because integration with Office 365 is really cool.

    Well. Works fine - although one thing I am missing with Google Drive. You can sync all or nothing. I mean - in One Drive - you see the files in synced folders on your computer, but you can keep them 'Cloud only'. And if you try to open the file on your computer, the file is downloaded automatically. This is very handy feature if you have let's say 1TB of data in cloud but your notebook only has 512GB SSD. Sync is not as smooth as with DropBox, but search is working like a charm with Google Drive.

    OneDrive search isn't working within any browser or the mobile app. Results are returning empty for files uploaded months ago.
