The search function in the top left doesn't return any results. It used to return results if the given search term appeared in either a file name or the body of a file.

    I have the same problem.

    But Microsoft doesn't care... It's a pity!

Absolutely disgusting Microsoft have not resolved this issue.

Taking money for a faulty product. Shameless.

    I do not trust Google.

They scan it. They save it. They analyze it.

And their apps - they drop them regularly.

The extension stores are full of outdated, nonworking, junk.

I looked into alternative systems and I choose Google for the search.

    • Knowing they have to scan everything to provide me those great results.

I wanted to stay in onedrive. I am tired of setting up - rearranging work flows. Searching files is essential. I can't understand how that is not a top concern.

My next step will be to buy and set up my own cloud/black up solution at home.

    - If I am not to spoiled with the google search results .. selling our souls for the ease of use.

I sent a support ticket in. The ticket was closed without a reply.

Then they sent me a survey to rate my support experience.

I cancelled my subscription and moved to the big G.

I am considering to do the same. The problem for me is however, that the never ending pressure of Google to get your data and fence you in with 'personalised experience' give me the creeps. It was the most important reason for me to make the switch.
