How do I stay signed in?

I sign into Office 365 on my browser (on my Mac). I used to be able to choose to stay signed in, but something happened and now I get automatically signed out every night.

And yes, one time I chose the "Don't show this message any more" option, but I did NOT turn off the option to stay signed in.... only the message that gave me the option. Now I cannot find any way/button to "Stay Signed In" any more. How do I change this back? I'm tired of signing back in every morning.

    Hi Jackie,

“Keep me signed in”  checkbox has been replaced with a prompt that displays after the user successfully signs in. This prompt asks the user if they’d like to remain signed in. If a user responds “Yes” to this prompt, the service gives them a persistent refresh token. This is the same behavior that occurs when a user checks the “Keep me signed in” checkbox in older sign in page.

    Thanks,

    Neha

Neha, I'm not getting a prompt to remain signed in. After I enter my password, the screen goes directly to the Office 365 home page. Also, I'm in the same boat as Andrew. Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Hi Mhowerter,

Where do you sign in? Please make sure you go to Office 365 portal, enter your username and password and once you’ve enter your credentials, you’ll see the following prompt, click Yes.

If you do not see above message, you might have checked “Don’t show this again” box in the past. To resolve this, I’ll suggest you delete browser cache or try a different browser.

If you need further help, please create a new thread in our forum, so we can assist you dedicatedly.

    Regards,

    Neha

    Thanks Neha,

Clearing the cache helped to bring up the "stay signed in" screen, which I clicked "Yes," but I'm still getting logged out of Outlook every couple of hours. Also, the "Stay in signed in" screen isn't showing up anymore (I did not click the "don't show again" button).

    Thanks,

    Matt

I am having the same problem as Matt. And it's a big one. Basically, everytime I go to check my mail, I open the tab and find that I've been booted. Then I have to jump all the hoops to get back in, including a push-authentication to my phone that I have to open up and tap. Seriously not fun. Please please help. Also, please don't suggest anything that has already been suggested, tried and didn't work for any of us.

    Thanks!
