How do I stay signed in?

I sign into Office 365 on my browser (on my Mac). I used to be able to choose to stay signed in, but something happened and now I get automatically signed out every night.

And yes, one time I chose the "Don't show this message any more" option, but I did NOT turn off the option to stay signed in.... only the message that gave me the option. Now I cannot find any way/button to "Stay Signed In" any more. How do I change this back? I'm tired of signing back in every morning.

    I am having the same trouble.

    I tried to delete all the saved information from the browser - it didn't help. Stay signed in option never came back.

    I am using Firefox. I tried Settings => Privacy => Clear Data.

    This is very annoying. I have to re-login every day.

    This worked for me... I did the delete specific cookies option in Chrome and just deleted everything that said Microsoft in it and the option to check or not check never ask again came back.  I hope this helps everyone.

    Hi Andrew,

    According to this article, “Keep me signed in”  checkbox has been replaced with a prompt that displays after the user successfully signs in. This prompt asks the user if they’d like to remain signed in. If a user responds “Yes” to this prompt, the service gives them a persistent refresh token. This is the same behavior that occurs when a user checks the “Keep me signed in” checkbox in older sign in page. For federated tenants, this prompt will show after the user successfully authenticates with the federated identity service.

    To get the "Don't show this again" option, I’ll suggest you try the following methods:

    1. Clear browser cache
    2. Start browser in private mode.
    3. Try different browsers.
