Microsoft Assure - Answer Desk

Please will somebody, anybody, tell me how to get help from or in contact with Microsoft Assure Answer Desk.

I have a subscription to Assure (renewed in May 2017) which I pay for.

I now need help from Microsoft with some software issues but have discovered that I have no way of contacting Assure to get the help that I need.

I have been round and round the Microsoft website but with no success at all.

This seems like another thing that Microsoft is keen to take your money but reluctant to provide the service for which you have paid.

Any help appreciated.

Well, that depends.  You could call it and ask for the Australian number, eh?

This phone number is for USA/Canada only? No good for Australia.

I'm sorry, this is what I've found about tech support in Australia

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/contact.aspx

Or you can go to the "Contact us" support for your country

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/contactus/

Maybe also what Shenan says may help, dial the number, and ask for Australian number or get transferred.

You mean when you called the USA number?

What if you called one of the Australian numbers from the link given?

Many thanks for the URl's. I will go to them and ask if they have a number. If no number then I will just have to use the chat box. Better than nothing. I will advise how I get on.
