Microsoft Assure - Answer Desk

Please will somebody, anybody, tell me how to get help from or in contact with Microsoft Assure Answer Desk.

I have a subscription to Assure (renewed in May 2017) which I pay for.

I now need help from Microsoft with some software issues but have discovered that I have no way of contacting Assure to get the help that I need.

I have been round and round the Microsoft website but with no success at all.

This seems like another thing that Microsoft is keen to take your money but reluctant to provide the service for which you have paid.

Any help appreciated.

I know everything you just said. That's what is so frustrating. I pay $149/year and used to get excellent help. Not anymore. No issues resolved.

From all the other replies I am coming to the conclusion that we have been scammed........ How hard can it be to supply a website or a phone number to someone outside of USA?

I will never renew this subscription again and will tell anyone who will listen the problems with this so called "service"

I'm in the USA and I've also written a letter to the Microsoft headquarters - months ago. Of course, no reply. I was at a Verizon store the other day and the tech there said he used to work at one of the Microsoft stores and advised me to call them...for a number to call. It sounds like the help I paid for is a secret society for only those in the know. Roads that lead nowhere. Who has weeks or months to wait for an answer. Not me.

    Hi All,

As the category is for Office 365 for business issues, for Microsoft Assure plan related issues, you may post on the Windows category for expert help.

@Fhen, we have split the issue you are experiencing into the Windows/Windows 10/Windows settings category.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Cliff
