Microsoft Assure - Answer Desk

Please will somebody, anybody, tell me how to get help from or in contact with Microsoft Assure Answer Desk.

I have a subscription to Assure (renewed in May 2017) which I pay for.

I now need help from Microsoft with some software issues but have discovered that I have no way of contacting Assure to get the help that I need.

I have been round and round the Microsoft website but with no success at all.

This seems like another thing that Microsoft is keen to take your money but reluctant to provide the service for which you have paid.

Any help appreciated.

    Do you mean "Microsoft Azure"?

(Perhaps that is why you could not find it? heh)

Absolutely atrocious, $150 per year for an answer like this?!

If someone charged you for this peer-to-peer volunteer-based public free open international web forum, you got scammed.

Read the rest of the conversation before replying foolishly.  Thanks!

Another stupid reply, Microsoft Store sells ASSURE unlimited telephone support and if you can get through to a real person they do actually help, but get through all the phone lines and phone menus that change every flipping day is ridiculous.  I didn't sign up to learn a new process every day.

WHAT IS THE NUMBER TO CALL?  ITS NOT THE NUMBER ON THE CARD THEY GAVE ME WHICH I PAID $150 for.

    I DID NOT GET SCAMMED

    IT IS NOT AZURE

    is not the number

No, you did not get scammed, but obviously it is NOT worth whatever you spent IF you don't even have the ability (capability) to use it and must post on a public peer-to-peer volunteer-based international forum to talk bad about strangers and ask for the number to the service you paid for, eh?
