Microsoft Assure - Answer Desk

Please will somebody, anybody, tell me how to get help from or in contact with Microsoft Assure Answer Desk.

I have a subscription to Assure (renewed in May 2017) which I pay for.

I now need help from Microsoft with some software issues but have discovered that I have no way of contacting Assure to get the help that I need. 

I have been round and round the Microsoft website but with no success at all.

This seems like another thing that Microsoft is keen to take your money but reluctant to provide the service for which you have paid.

Any help appreciated.

    If you do not know anything about either, block the charge / do not pay.

    I've already blocked the charges.  My Microsoft shows a pending transaction.   I can't alter or edit my account until I confirm the charge.  I'll figure a way around that.

    Good news, I finally got a hold of someone at Microsoft,  azure and assura are both "business or IT related products. One actually replaced the other.

    They processed a full refund.

    Assure was (is?) A subscription service for home (or business, I suppose) support with Microsoft software issues.  A support / answer desk / call center.

    Azure is Microsoft's cloud-based virtualization offering (for running servers, applications and even just virtual desktops in the cloud, remotely accessing them, etc.)

    Not sure how one could ever replace (or even work together with) the other -- there is no crossover.  :-)

    That's pretty much what I was able to find online about azure vs assure. 

    Azure, a comprehensive set of cloud services for developers and IT professionals.

    Assure, a Microsoft software support plan for use on up to 5 personal devices. 

    I guess Microsoft might think differently.   

    As long as I've finally got my account settled/refunded, Microsoft can call it whatever they like.
