Microsoft Assure - Answer Desk

Please will somebody, anybody, tell me how to get help from or in contact with Microsoft Assure Answer Desk.

I have a subscription to Assure (renewed in May 2017) which I pay for.

I now need help from Microsoft with some software issues but have discovered that I have no way of contacting Assure to get the help that I need.

I have been round and round the Microsoft website but with no success at all.

This seems like another thing that Microsoft is keen to take your money but reluctant to provide the service for which you have paid.

Any help appreciated.

Excellent idea. However, I was able to contact Answer Desk, which has greatly abbreviated hours, even though the website advertises 24/7 help available. I live in California, where the justice system leaves much to be desired, so I don't know if the Attorney General would do anything for me. But, others in other states may be more responsive.

Fantastic.  Best decision you could make in my humble opinion.  (RE: saving your money.)

As for the rest, my first sentence should have made it obvious I do not work for Microsoft nor do most people on this forum... I stated clearly that this is a peer-to-peer volunteer-based community.

There was nothing "off the wall" about my reply, in my opinion...

After informing you that no one here would be able to directly assist you (and why)... My next comment asked you why you'd want to renew your subscription given the 6 pages of bad experiences in this very conversation (you did read the entire conversation, eh?)

Based on my decades of computer-support (from one-on-one to enterprise level), I then suggested that instead of spending your money on what is clearly an 'iffy' service, save it and learn more about your own computer and ask the volunteers in forums like this when you need assistance.

    I agree 100%

First, not on this peer-to-peer volunteer-based community.

Second, after reading these experiences... Why?

Third, save your money, ask questions here, fix it yourself, better yourself.
