Microsoft Assure - Answer Desk

Please will somebody, anybody, tell me how to get help from or in contact with Microsoft Assure Answer Desk.

I have a subscription to Assure (renewed in May 2017) which I pay for.

I now need help from Microsoft with some software issues but have discovered that I have no way of contacting Assure to get the help that I need. 

I have been round and round the Microsoft website but with no success at all.

This seems like another thing that Microsoft is keen to take your money but reluctant to provide the service for which you have paid.

Any help appreciated.

    Dear Gary,

    As the phone number may contain some private information, I remove it here. Since the category here is the Office 365 for business category, we have no enough channel and resource to cope with Microsoft Assure plan related issues. For members who are experiencing the similar issues, I suggest you post a new thread on the Windows category for expert help.

    Thanks for sharing the suggestions and ideas here.

    I did get another number from Microsoft regarding support.  It is 800-**-** Microsoft Technical Support.  I also asked them to place the phone number in their URL at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/b/software-support

    Assure is a valid support service from Microsoft and the support people are very good and pleasant to speak with.  No, I do not work for Microsoft, but I am a retired project manager for IBM and Lenovo service development and although Microsoft does have some connection issues they are trying to solve them.

    Sorry for that.  The numbers may have changed.  The new number is 877-**-**   press 3 after the connection.

    ... and yet you reply to a post from over 18 months ago that was just _asking_ if they might have meant something else... Which was also answered in the conversation.

    People their is a BIG difference between Microsoft AZURE and ASSURE a little attention to detail please.
