Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
I use Private Internet Access, and changing the UDP protocol to TCP appears to have worked for me as well.

When I have a privacy VPN active (such as Private Internet Access - PIA) I can't access the cloud features on Office 365 (such as online templates, OneNote sync to the cloud, Excel or Word saving to OneDrive directly, etc). I have tried 3 different VPN solutions: PIA, NordVPN and VPNArea and they all exhibit the same issue. Is there a way to solve this or to tell Office to bypass the VPN?

Thanks! This fixed it for me.
I don't have Cyversec turned on, but I switched from UDP to TCP and I am still told that I am unable to upload to OneDrive when I have Nord VPN turned on. I am told that I "don't have an internet connection." As soon as I disconnect NordVPN, then all works fine.
By the way, I only have this problem with Microsoft Office Applications. I use Corel WordPerfect for my word processing, and I never have a problem with that or with any of the other WordPerfect applications. It is only Microsoft.
My bank and my credit card companies can all figure out who I am and let me through to do online business with them when Nord is turned on. It is only Microsoft I have a problem with. Why? Can't Microsoft straighten this out?

So what was the fix? Thanks
Thanks. It works with OneDrive now.
