Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
I agree with all the people who feel it's time Microsoft compensated us for the effects their product has on our businesses and personal efficiencies. If a product is not fit for purpose, and this new download of Windows certainly isn't as far as destroying access to programs like Outlook is concerned, in ordinary life we're entitled to compensation. We need a lawyer to tell us how to do it, and whether the clauses in the agreements we sign up to are an abuse of position. I have a sinking heart when I see my computer grinding through its update routine, and to be greeted with 'Hi' this time is just sick-making. In addition, the instructions for how to get round this are just unintelligible to someone like me who isn't an experienced computer programmer or reconfigurer. I need VERY SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS aimed at a NORMAL ORDINARY PERSON, who is nevertheless GETTING VERY ANGRY. I have two proposals and a report to complete and I'm totally reliant on Outlook to ship them to the people who need them............................. Go figure out how much this kind of crap is costing me!
