Hello

I am working with a client to the point where they can move their mailboxes to Office 365 themselves.   I am having some issues - the synch works fine but when it comes to finalising i keep getting this error over and over again

My set up is 1 Exchange 2010 server.

    Hi Martin,

    Thanks for the updates.

    Since migration also failed when using PowerShell, I'd like to confirm whether the MRSProxy service has been enabled. Here is the article for your reference:

    Meanwhile, I'd like to know whether the users you want to migration to Office 365 are shown as mail users in Office 365 Exchange admin center -- recipients -- contacts.

    Hi Robert,

    The details you gave me with regards to the MRSProxy service was for Exchange 2013.  I am using Exchange 2010 but I can confirm that the MRSProxy service is enabled for the EWS site.

    And yes, I can see the users I want to migrate to Office 365 under Exchange admin centre -- recipients -- contacts.

    Hi Robert,

    Any news at all?  I am thinking of building a temporary Exchange 2013 server and then migrating users to that and then uploading them to O365 from there.

    If you have the condition to use another server to do the migration, you can try it to see if the user can be migrated.

    Thanks for the reply.  Is there any other way I could possibly migrate the data?  Also, is there a hybrid key you can get for Exchange 2013 while you migrate?

    I guess we are running out of ideas.
