Hello

I am working with a client to the point where they can move their mailboxes to Office 365 themselves.   I am having some issues - the synch works fine but when it comes to finalising i keep getting this error over and over again

My set up is 1 Exchange 2010 server.

    Yes, you can try to see if you can move the mailbox from Exchange 2013 hybrid server.

    So I could try the 2013 server with a hybrid product key and then move the mailboxes from the 2013 server?

    You can try the steps using Exchange 2013 server to see if you can move mailboxes to cloud.

    For your question “Ultimately wouldn't that make the hybrid server a CAS server?”, that depends on your organization’s configuration, as you can install one Exchange 2013 server that has the Mailbox and Client Access roles installed. For your reference:

    So according to this:

    Ultimately wouldn't that make the hybrid server a CAS server?
