Migration to Office 365 Failed - CommunicationErrorTransientException at 95%

Hello

I am working with a client to the point where they can move their mailboxes to Office 365 themselves.   I am having some issues - the synch works fine but when it comes to finalising i keep getting this error over and over again

My set up is 1 Exchange 2010 server.

    Hi Martin,

    I’d like to confirm some information to better understand the issue:

    1. What migration did you perform, IMAP, staged, Cutover or hybrid migration?
    2. Connect PowerShell to Exchange Online: https://technet.microsoft.com/library/jj984289(v=exchg.160).aspx 
    3. Run the following commands:

    Get-MigrationBatch | fl

    Get-MigrationStatistics | fl

    Get-MigrationUserStatistics -Identity user@domainom -IncludeReport | FL

    Note: user@domainom is the problematic user.
