When I try to activate Office after I upgraded to Windows 10 I receive this error: We are sorry ,something went wrong and we can't do this for you right now. please try again later (0X8004FC12). How can I get past this?

    la única solución que yo pude obtener es recuperando Windows 10 desde "Configuración" y "Recuperar sistema" "Borrando todos los archivos"

    Thanks Nicholas for these steps. #3 worked for me. Still I feel Microsoft should be more careful before launching a new update as the whole process of licensing Office on my Windows 10 wasn't anywhere close to being "User-friendly". I can not imagine my parents or other non-tech background folks to go through these hassles to license a product.

    Absolutely! As a retired network manager, I struggled with what should have been a pretty straightforward process, until I came across Nicholas' posting.
