Hello
After trying the Microsoft solutions for hours I've found an easy working Solution on a German Website.
For the German speakers: click here
In Short it says you should run the "Ultrasurf" tool when you try to activate your copy.
It is used mostly in China to avoid the censored Chinese web.

Anne,
If your three days of frustration were anything like mine! Man! I was ready to throw the machine out! And I wanted to reach through the phone and choke my non-helpful tech person who asked me to do everything but the Irish jig on my laptop. I finally hung up on him in mid sentence.
Glad we are finally rockin' and rollin'.
Cheryl
