When I try to activate Office after I upgraded to Windows 10 I receive this error: We are sorry ,something went wrong and we can't do this for you right now. please try again later (0X8004FC12). How can I get past this?

    Thank you so much!!  I've literally been troubleshooting this problem for a week!  Adding net local group solved the problem!

    For those that the above steps don't work with IE, Get Google Chrome. I think Microsoft has stopped updating IE.

    This is pretty pathetic as I like using IE. I downloaded Google Chrome and I'm able to get past that screen.

    As a side note. If you have a 32bit older version of Office on you computer, you will need to uninstall it before installing Office 365 x64.
