When I try to activate Office after I upgraded to Windows 10 I receive this error: We are sorry ,something went wrong and we can't do this for you right now. please try again later (0X8004FC12). How can I get past this?

Thank you so much!! I've literally been troubleshooting this problem for a week! Adding net local group solved the problem!
For those that the above steps don't work with IE, Get Google Chrome. I think Microsoft has stopped updating IE.
This is pretty pathetic as I like using IE. I downloaded Google Chrome and I'm able to get past that screen.
As a side note. If you have a 32bit older version of Office on you computer, you will need to uninstall it before installing Office 365 x64.
you need to get this information to Microsoft ASAP. it worked for me.
