Is it possible that the command
net localgroup Administrators localservice /add
has to be somewhat changed on a german Windows 10? I am experiencing system error 1376 and the local group doesn't exist,
Thank you so much, I too had the same issues from the update..
My fix also worked from this instruction.
Copy one command at a time and press enter after pasting each one in the command prompt
net localgroup Administrators localservice /add
*fsutil resource setautoreset true C:*
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Also thanks to the guys escalating their frustrations on a few std hints from some "tinklers", all good as you all played a vital role that quickly heightened the problem and drew in Nicolas who calmly lifted the hood and gave us some sharp tools for 365's 1st tune up.. Man you are all over it.. I too was scanning blogs most of today as I have a shitload of research work to do in these school holidays.. I guess that part will now be relaxing :)
Excellent instructions Nicolas and easy to follow :) Thanks a few Mill..
Regards
Jack
FINALLY!!! Over two weeks of miserable experiences with the "Unlicensed Product" message on MS Office AND the endless suggestions that did NOT work... I found your post, Nicholas_W_! The Add Net Local Group triggered a correction and allowed my MS Office product to automatically Activate. Bravo!!!
Thank you Nicholas_W_ !!!
I used fix it and everything was repaired lickety split
