Stop the "don't lose access to your account" nonsense.

I'm prevented from logging in by a "set it up now" button on the generic log in page (using IE10). Like any security conscious enterprise, my company manages my passwords and isn't interested in this "nanny state" option. How do I bypass it?

    This isn't account specific so tenant info isn't necessary. Just delete whatever it is that triggers these alerts. I wouldn't have a job for long if I couldn't quickly get rid of things that irritate customers and are superfluous.
