How to insert a picture in header or footer in Excel 2016?

Hello,

I'm currently working on a spreadsheet, and I need three pictures in the header. However, I can't find how to do this in Excel 2016. Did Microsoft remove the option? Does anybody know how to do this?

It's funny because I opened a previous version created in Excel 2011, and it shows the picture and then Excel crashes.

Thank you in advance for your answers

William

    James,

please provide an ETA as to when this will be available. This isn't just a a little thing missing, this is causing a major issue for us as we are using Excel for our Invoices and we now can not add our company logo to the invoice anymore. This has been going around for months, from a company like Microsoft I would expect a quicker turn-around time for things like this!

    Thank you!

Reverting back to Excel 2011 for Office 365 (Mac) subscribers is not possible.

Do you mean that in your environment it isn't permitted? It most definitely is possible... In fact, 2016 & 2011 can be run side-by-side:

How do I go back to 2011 version?

Office 2016 is buggy doesn't work doesn't meet my needs. How do I go back to 2011?

    James,

Thank you for responding to this thread.  Reverting back to Excel 2011 for Office 365 (Mac) subscribers is not possible.  My firm relies on the features being available, particularly ones that would allow us to include our firm logo on our proprietary spreadsheets.

Consider this note another vote to deploy that update ASAP!

    Thank you

    Kyle

Yes, I completely agree. All of my paperwork up to this point depends on being able to put the logo in the header. Now that I cannot do that, I have to come up with another option. I really don't appreciate it.
