When logging into https://portal.office.com it says "connected to windows"

When I navigate to https://portal.office.com, and try to login, the initial screen says "connected to Windows". When I attempt to click on my username, it does nothing. I then have to select use another account and type my username again.

I have the latest build of Windows 10 Enterprise and am using IE 11, with automatic logon only in intranet zone enabled.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For home | Windows

    For further looking into your situation and try reproducing it from our side, please let us know know the detailed steps you follow before you run into the issue. Meanwhile, may we know the following information?

    1. What's your operating system?
    2. Which browser do you use?
    3. Is your computer domain joined or joined into Azure AD?

    To protect your privacy, we'd also collect some addtional inforamton via the private message. You can access the private message via https://community.office365.com/en-us/user/conversations.

    Have the same problem.  When I navigate to https://portal.office.com, and try to login, the initial screen says "connected to Windows". When I attempt to click on my username, it does nothing.  Very frustrating when trying to run a new business.
