When I navigate to https://portal.office.com, and try to login, the initial screen says "connected to Windows". When I attempt to click on my username, it does nothing. I then have to select use another account and type my username again.

I have the latest build of Windows 10 Enterprise and am using IE 11, with automatic logon only in intranet zone enabled.

    Pafka,

The curious thing is that I do have a personal Live account attached to the Windows Store on this computer, so when I go to a website such as outlook.com using IE or Edge, it will auto log me in using those credentials; I'm wondering if it is getting confused somehow.

The email address and accounts for both are completely different, but it's an interesting theory...

I too am having this issue. I have been using the Edge InPrivate mode to skirt around the issue.

Thanks for the reply. I see - I use MSFT account to sign into Win10 and have the same email address as Azure AD account - therefore, I suspected that the SSO was somehow "confused" because of this. Which obviously is not the case as your setup is very different...

The issue is quite frustrating - happened again twice to me today... Hopefully, someone can figure out what's causing this!

    Pafka,

Domain joined computer, with domain credentials. Our domain is Federated with 365, we use ADFS to authenticate logins, and the latest AD Sync tool to sync our local AD with Azure AD, so my AD account is synced across 365, Azure and On-Prem.
