When I navigate to https://portal.office.com, and try to login, the initial screen says "connected to Windows". When I attempt to click on my username, it does nothing. I then have to select use another account and type my username again.
I have the latest build of Windows 10 Enterprise and am using IE 11, with automatic logon only in intranet zone enabled.

I have the same kind of issue, but when I click my account, it just asks my password and does MFA every day. We don't have ADFS. It started few weeks ago. I've been running the service since August.
With Multifactor authentication enabled it takes nerves to login daily.

I have been having the exact same problem on my Surface Book. It seems to have started in the last week or two. I've had this machine for about 6 weeks now. Mine is also a domain computer through ADFS, but we do not use AD sync with our O365 creds. I do also have a personal Live account attached. My screenshot looks just like yours with my corporate email address and "Connected to Windows". I have also been telling it to sign on as a different user and putting in my same creds to get to SharePoint and the Admin portal. Very annoying since I am the company Admin and use the portal daily.
