Office 2016 uninstalls my Visio 2013

So, even though I had followed the instructions to install Office 2016 from Office 365 home, it was not successful even after 5 tries, restarting, uninstalling, restarting...my biggest issue is Visio 2013. I purchased it as I need it! But why can't I find any way to just upgrade Visio from 2013 to 2016? There is no instruction! I do not want to buy the new Visio 2016 when I only purchased Visio 2013 a few months ago. Please help!!!

Try going to your MyAccount page. Check to see if Visio is registered there. If it is, there should also be a download link.

You can go to this next page. He has repaired/regenerated the links to the 2013 downloads.  Make sure to find the right language and bundle (Std vs Pro).  After you download the file, you will either have to "Mount' the ISO or burn it to a DVD before you can run the installer.

"Mounting" an ISO depends entirely on the version of Windows you have, ie:

After contacting support through the chat and then being called by Microsoft I manage to

I received a product key for Visio 2016 Standard.

The problem is that I cannot find a link to download Visio 2016 Standard.

Does anybody know where do I get the link to download Visio 2016 Standard?

    Thank you
