    gjblack,

It sounds like the fixes we've supplied are not resolving the problem for you. We'd love to hear more specifically what you are experiencing so we can work to address it. Still seeing the issue with 2016 beta and/or 2013 with latest updates. Am going to try disabling hold/right click that I read might help before giving up and rolling back to 8.1/2013 AGAIN!

    Too bad Brian DDDD.

Just for the record, did you try connecting the Surface Pen as I had said.

So far, I am still holding on to Win10. Contacts and Calendar apps are really good. All settings are in one place.

Wish MS did a better job though!

I have been having this issue too - same platform. SP3 on W8.1 upgraded to W10 and then ON13 goes beserk. While going through these forums I checked if "Use pen as pointer" was enabled. In my case, it wasnt. SO that wasnt the solution.

I then remembered that the Surface Pen wasnt connected recently. When I went in to the Bluetooth Devices setup Screen, I found that the Surface Pen wasnt connected and that it wasa driver error. So i reset the SUrface Pen (holding the top button down on the pen until a yellow light comes up). It connected.

Then when I checked ON13, inking doesnt disappear1

ITS EARLY MINUTES YET, BUT i THINK THIS MAY WORK. I will keep you guys posted if it does. Please give feedback.
