YES, Office 2007 is compatible with Windows 10, I suggest you to follow the link Compatibility centerand check if it helps.

However, you may upgrade to the latest Office version.

Which versions of Microsoft Office work on Windows 10?

The following versions of Microsoft Office with the latest Service Packs have been confirmed to be compatible with Windows 10:

Older versions of Office such as Office 2003 and Office XP are not certified compatible with Windows 10 but might work using compatibility mode.

    You say Office 2007 is compatible with Windows 10 but every time I click to open a Word or Excel document, I have to wait while MS is configuring Word or Excel. It is so annoying, I could scream.

    Is there a workaround?

    I just installed Office 2007 on my new PC running Windows10. I am having a number of problems running Outlook including deleting emails. I have called Microsoft support 2 times and got 2 different answers as to whether this configuration is supported!

    I too am running Outlook 2007 on Windows 10. There were a few little things to irritate me but I figured them out eventually. MS does not give good help. They only want you to buy something. So, yes, they are compatible. Just tweak a little and don't give up.
