YES, Office 2007 is compatible with Windows 10, I suggest you to follow the link Compatibility centerand check if it helps.

However, you may upgrade to the latest Office version.

Which versions of Microsoft Office work on Windows 10?

The following versions of Microsoft Office with the latest Service Packs have been confirmed to be compatible with Windows 10:

Older versions of Office such as Office 2003 and Office XP are not certified compatible with Windows 10 but might work using compatibility mode.

    HOW did you 'break them down one by one'?  Mine gives me error on each part-  excel, outlook, word... This is totally stymying my work. Please give instructions.

    Anne, I have Office Basic 2007 running just fine.  I'm not sure what your version of Office is and any SPF, which I have.  Nor what your errors are that you mention.   Have you right clicked the windows icon at the bottom left of your screen, then clicked Search, entered Excel and pressed Enter?   For me the desktop app Excel is first in the resulting list.
