YES, Office 2007 is compatible with Windows 10, I suggest you to follow the link Compatibility centerand check if it helps.

However, you may upgrade to the latest Office version.

Which versions of Microsoft Office work on Windows 10?

The following versions of Microsoft Office with the latest Service Packs have been confirmed to be compatible with Windows 10:

Older versions of Office such as Office 2003 and Office XP are not certified compatible with Windows 10 but might work using compatibility mode.

    Dear Concern,

    I am using office 2007 in windows 10, but I feel when I switch between Excel and other any windows using Keyboard short-cut (Alt+Tab) key combination software can't switch them, this problem mostly happen when I open more than 1 worksheet in excel. 

    Please correct this problem.

    POP is not inherently less secure than Exchange. It depends on whether or not the mail provider supports encryption. In addition, Outlook 2007 is supported by Exchange 2007, 2010, and 2013, so I'm not sure what you mean by POP vs. Exchange.
