Hi Vidyaranjan,

If you receive this error when trying to install Office 365 Home Premium/University:

“Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error code 30088-4”

Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

Fix does not work.  Says subscription is active.  Still says error.  Cannot uninstall.   Can't even pull up an old word document.  Dead in the water here.

What the heck is going on Microsoft????????????WTF?

I paid for a software that I can no longer use at this time....You have just shut down my production with this laptop.  You are truly making my thoughts about converting over to a Mac more realistic.

I am ticked That you would build in such a hurdle for users without a quick fix.

I can even uninstall the damn software.  WTF?

    Please provide a solution...

Tired of testing products for them.  They didn't have problem with their software charging my credit card.

Time to go back to OPEN OFFICE!!!  Thanks Microsoft.  Your chat line was useless as well.
