Hi Vidyaranjan,

If you receive this error when trying to install Office 365 Home Premium/University:

“Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error code 30088-4”

Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

I uninstalled and re-installed and it is all fixed.  Why did it uninstall on the laptop I installed on to begin with is my question.

I am getting the same error code 30088-4. I have already activated the code for Home and Student 2013 on a different laptop. That laptop's hard drive crashed, and the manufacturer (HP) sent me a new laptop. Is there a Microsoft phone number I can call to re-activate my product key?

    Thank you.
