Is it possible to share a note using OneNote on my android phone? There seems to be no "share" menu. I've been an Evernote user and just migrated to OneNote because of it has a much more effective stylus note taking capability. I use it on my Samsung 3 and Samsung Note 10.1. But, I have to continue using Evernote to share articles I've saved into Evernote. I prefer to save everthing into OneNote if possible and only use OneNote.

You would have to share from a desktop using the browser, i could not get any sharing option on my Android phone either.
No, not onenote online, it will just return you back to the app if you try to open onenote online from your mobile browser. And no, you can't share notes from within the app, Microsoft forgot to include this feature in the android version. You can however download onedrive app, go to files/documents find the note file click on "i" and you will find the share button

I haven't tried this, but if you go to OneNote Online it seems that files can be shared there. Give it a try and see if it works.

To share OneNote notebooks on Android, you may sign into the OneDrive account using the web browser.

Hahahahaha! Classic Microsoft issue avoidance. "We haven't actually made a superior (or, well, equivalent) product, but it's okay because there's a web browser on your phone." Lolol.
The only reason I'd even consider using OneNote is because Microsoft gives it to me for free with Office365. I was on the fence about using it, and I appreciate this forum and Microsoft's comically-terrible "support" for talking me out of it.
Also, as an Android dev, no integrated "sharing" option is unacceptable in today's marketplace. There isn't anything else to say. :-)
But who will buy the Windows Phones when nobody cares to write applications for it.
Even Microsoft themselves, for example Linkedin was acquired by Microsoft but there is no LinkedIn app on Windows store. How can you expect 3rd party developers to write for a platform when MS themselves do not commit to it.
