Office 2013 missing after June 11 Microsoft auto upates

All I can tell you is that I received a DVD that is Titled: Office Professional Plus 2013 and says PC on the left and Microsoft on the right. It is a dark blue disc label. It is in a cardboard sleeve from Microsoft with the MS insignia and a black sticker on the right inside section of the sleeve that explains the need to log onto office.com/myaccount to get the product key for the disc. The agents I spoke with on the phone told me that I should be provided a PK by whatever department is responsible for the DVD. But of course they transfer me to everyone that works at Microsoft practically and once again, of course, it is always somebody else that I need to talk to until they hit everybody once then they start connecting me back to people I have already spoken with earlier on in the conversation.

The download I did of all the install files using the Office Deployment Tool downloaded whether you called the install files "O365ProPlus" or "O2013ProPlus". I used both names in the .xml file to configure the download. So either name gets you the same set of files.

I would go back to you employer and ask them to resend you the Home use invite email as that should have the information.  The product key comes out of the volume licensing division and thus why you are bounced around a lot.

"One Microsoft" isn't quite one Microsoft.  VL is a totally separate department than consumer retail purchases.

The HUP program starts with the admin of the VLSC web site of the firm.  Go back to them as they should be able to help you.  But I would not anticipate that you can get that key code listed under your Microsoft liveID.  They are two separate programs.

Then they shouldn't sell me the disc under false pretenses, even including the sticker. Plus, while I was on the phone the last time, I was told that I was being transferred to thethe department that produces the Product Key and they told me that I didn't need the code even after I read it to them on the package. The whole setup is stupid. If I am not allowed access to office.com/myaccount then they should not sell me a disc with my purchase that says all I have to do is go to that account and take care of everything. Even the agents on the phone agreed that was very misleading. By all rights they should live up to there mistakes and honor the information they sent to me.

Everything I was told may be poppy-****, but that would not surprise me either.

I'm not sure how you got your disk, are you sure you got it from the Home use web site?
