Office Home and Business 2013 is now blank under "file size" in Programs and Features following the June 11 Microsoft update. How do I recover it?

If you are positive this person is not click to run, and every Office product is impacted, not just Outlook, do you have a customer that is willing to have us open a free support case on?
I'm going based on symptoms and Outlook not opening I've seen before.
If I get another one here at my location where I can have it in my hands to play with/work on, then sure, I'll open a case. Right now I've fixed the two I've seen.
I'm not sure what the difference is or what click to run means in the grand scheme of things. And yes it's all office programs not just Outlook. For what it's worth these are new-ish Dells with Win 7 Pro 32 and they "preload" Office 2013 Pro. They throw a product key in the box, and when I'm setting up the PC, the first time I launch Office I click on "Activate" / I already bought Office and plug in the key.

Susan,
I'll try this if I get another one to work on, but I'm genuinely curious, how did you arrive at that solution? Have you seen this issue and tested it? Why would that suddenly be an issue on machines that have been running fine for months and decide to die after this week's batch of updates? I have 3 machines that did the same thing and no changes were made to the video driver or the hardware settings in the first place. Clicking the "go online for more help" links in the errors bring me to this page where dozens if not hundreds of people are reporting the same general set of circumstances (for me it's Office 2013 Pro which was OEM preloaded on new Dell machines purchased in the past 6 months), and the only response from Microsoft is "nuke it from orbit and download/reinstall from scratch"...
Installed this Tuesday's round of patches
Rebooted
Any user that logs in and tries to launch any office app, gets the error "Something went wrong, we couldn't start your program, please try to repair Office in control panel/programs and features" (paraphrased)
The quick repair gives an error message
The online repair gives an error message
Trying to use system restore to roll back to just before the updates doesn't resolve anything
Rolling back farther might at least allow you to run an online repair
Like I said elsewhere, the nuke/reinstall option is lazy and sloppy. It's tearing down and rebuilding a house to fix a leaky faucet. I just had a user in California report the issue, and it will honestly be faster to have her ship me the computer so I can do it. Not everybody has admin rights and not everybody is on a fast connection.
Same problem. Office 2013 does not Run and Open. My system is 64x Windows 7, started after
Windows updates KB2965788, 2957689, 2957509, 2957189, 2939576, 28000095, 2957503, 2952664.
Office reports that 'the program has not started, try to start again. If this doesn't work, try repair/recover Programs' (translated from Dutch). The 'Change' in Configuration > Programs does not respond/work. System recovery is also not working (error code 0x8000FFFF).
Major problem and a reason for my first post in years. MS your speedy solution is most necessary and appreciated.
