Office Home and Business 2013 is now blank under "file size" in Programs and Features following the June 11 Microsoft update. How do I recover it?

Hi, I wish I could at least access to My account...each time I've been trying since yesterday, a window tells me that it "takes longer than expected to access my account" but it never ends !

What is going on with Microsoft? Some us work and/or in school and need this program that we PURCHASED!

... because my Office came pre-installed, I could not re-install office it via the office.com website.
There is a different download site for OEM downloads. It would have been nice to know this last week:

I was responding from a smart phone sorry. It means I'm in a mood and I need to email someone I know from Microsoft and get the true word on this. C2R updates include security updates. Security update issues are a free call. No one should be charged for Microsoft's mess up. No one should be charged for issues with a security update.
So hang loose while I ask someone how EXACTLY is someone to get free support for something caused by Microsoft.
