Office Home and Business 2013 is now blank under "file size" in Programs and Features following the June 11 Microsoft update.  How do I recover it?

It came from the Microsoft Home Use Program Department that I talked to a couple days ago. I thought at first it was an outside company, but they told it was part of Microsoft and has an extension you can get to by calling the Main MS number. Unless there is something else they have not told me.

But the problem is this. When you by the C2R version you are given a Product Key that works to install it by the streaming method over the internet. You are also advised to buy an emergency disc just in case you don't have internet connection or for some other reason you need to do a regular install from the Disc. I did that. Come to find out that unless you get a second product key for just the disc that the only thing the disc is good for is that you can click on setup.exe on the disc and it will initiate that streaming download and install. All of the installation for both 32 and 64 bit is on the disc but it will not do the MSI install from the disc with your product key. On the sleeve that MS sends the emergency disc to you in, it tells you that you have to go to your office.com/myaccount and press the "Install from a Disc" button to get the extra product key that you need. Well with my purchase I do not have any Office software associated with myaccount and when we try to enter it the system says it is not a valid key. So I can never get a PK to install from my disc. It was a waste to buy it. If I had that key I could use the disc for a regular installation. Without it I have to use my digital product key and that only allows me to start a streaming install. Since they can see that my Product is the full Office 2013 and that it is properly Activated, I would think that they would add my purchases to myaccount so I can get access to that PK. They admit that they can see both of my order numbers and that both are Active and they sent a confirmation text to the phone on the account and it was me while I was on the phone with them. With all that, I only ask to have Office added to my account so I can get the PK for installing from the disc. That is all I want. And once again, the PK given with the digital version does not work on the DVD except to initiate a streaming download, not a reguar MSI installer download. I know because I have tried and because it says you need the other key right on the sleeve that they sent the disc in.

I found a way to do a temporary workaround without having to stream over the internet. If you use the Office Deployment  Tool you can download the full installation to a drive on your computer and then, because you are still installing a streaming version even though it is streaming from your computer, you can still use your original PK. This means that you can do a streaming install without an internet connection. But you still cannot do an MSI Installation unless you get that second PK to use with the official DVD they sent through the mail.

In the end, I purchased 2 copies of Office 2013. I just want to have them associated with my office.com/myaccount so that I can go into my account and get that PK. If they are not going to allow you to do that, then why are they advertising the emergency disc like they are to those of us they are not going to provide the Product Key to?

Home use come from your employer.  It's not the same thing as an Office 365 deployment.

What's the problem with your Home use version?  I've lost track.

I had hopes since no other division of Microsoft will honor my product codes. I can Activate my programs for use, but other than that, I can do nothing with them. They are useless even though MS can pull up the orders and find my Activated Product in their system. But they will not allow me any other benefit. They admit my purchase from Microsoft HUP but that is when the game of musical phones starts. I get passed from one department to another until a few hours later they are connecting me back to the original department I called.... and we start the whole process over again. Well where there is a will there is a way. it might not be ideal, but the workaround I posted a few messages back will just have to do.

This site doesn't work with my 2 product keys that I purchased from Microsoft HUP.

No, I wouldn't expect it to. It's only for cases where O365 was pre-installed by the computer manufacturer or vendor ('OEM'), to avoid the grief that Frank Woodward encountered.

... because my Office came pre-installed, I could not re-install office it via the office.com website.

There is a different download site for OEM downloads. It would have been nice to know this last week:

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/get-office-oem-download-page-FX103849951.aspx

The only reference to this that I have come across was in a private forum at this site.

This site doesn't work with my 2 product keys that I purchased from Microsoft HUP. They both come up as invalid and it says I have no Office products associated with my account. But like I said before, Microsoft can see that I have both Activated on my computers and that it is genuine and they can even pull up my order number and verify it with the last 4 digits of my credit card and by texting the phone number on the account. So as to why they will not attach these keys to my account manually with all that proof I don't have any idea. All I want to do is what they tell us to do on the sleeve of the emergency disc they sent, and that is to access my office.com/myaccount with it recognizing my digital versions' Product keys and be able to click the "Install with a disc" button to get a product key for the emergency disc.
