Office Home and Business 2013 is now blank under "file size" in Programs and Features following the June 11 Microsoft update.  How do I recover it?

I got mine working again by going into the control panel and doing a system restore to before the "critical update" that went out around June 11, and shutting off the auto update until microsoft gets their head out of their ****.

thanks - I think - for the bad news - (no, I am not shooting the messager), but 2 months expletive, expletive!!!

Grazing through this blog I have not attempted any fixes so far bcause there has been more- "that doesnt work" replies than 'its fixed', or so I think I have seen.  And Susan appeared positive a solution within a week was most likely???

SO aT RISK of irritating some of you - and now in view of a potential at a 2 months delay, is there a repeated success (fix) story for Win 7, 64bit, Office pro 2013 where I have my original retail disk????

And the arrogance of MS notthis even apologising for the real time pain with corruption!!!

    In anticipation
