Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup"

hello, 

I got the problem when i want to install microsoft office 2013. The Problem is when i click the setup, setup is running well at the first time. But when the installation almost finish, appear notification "microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup" then i click close and appear notification again " microsoft setup bootstrapper has stopped working".  previously, i had installed microsoft office 2013 preview and i uninstalled please help me solve this problem.

Now i already installed office 2010, i want install office 2013,

    i'm having the same problem on a brand new system running win10. got everything installed last week and it was working fine until this weekend when the system became unresponsive and after having to reset to the factory settings i cant install Office proplus 2013. nothing i have tried from this thread has worked.

    I am having a problem understanding why people with Windows 10, are trying to install a Windows 7 Office product. Have you tried to install under the "Compatibility" setting? Right click on the .exe, and choose "Troubleshoot compatibility", and follow the prompts....

    because it is not an issue, we have even computers running Office 2010 or 2013 with Windows 10 or Windows 7. You don't need compatibility settings to make the Office installer work.

    Try the Office 365/2013/2016 cleanup utility for Windows 10. There are different ones for Windows 7.

    Well, I didn't think so, but having a Windows 10 computer running Windows 7, 8, 8.1 MICROSOFT apps, give problems. So you saying that it isn't an "issue", and the compatibility settings aren't necessary, then tell the man how to solve his problem. I still say try the "compatibility" mode. If what you're doing doesn't work, what's wrong with trying something else that might? Really?
